Join the very first webinar of the Human-Centric Network, a new Nordic collaboration hosted by Digg (Sweden), Digdir (Norway), and DVV (Finland). The webinar will be held in English and focuses on: A Unified Digital Meeting with the Public Sector – Nationally and Across Borders. You will hear Nordic examples and have the opportunity to engage directly with the presenters.
A Unified Digital Meeting with the Public Sector – Nationally and Across Borders
Public services should be designed around people’s real needs and life situations – not organisational structures.
But what are the keys to delivering a cohesive, human-centred public sector? Join us to exchange insights from Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish project cases, reflect together, and help shape the next steps in building human-centric public services across borders. Together, the dimensions of the Human-Centric Guide and the three initiatives provide actionable insights to move from inspiration to realisation.
- We share concrete experiences and learn from each other’s successes and challenges
- Discuss the three dimensions of Human-Centric Governance through real-life cases (reflection paper Human-Centric Governance pub.norden.org)
- Reflect together: What worked well? What could be improved? What can we reuse in our own contexts?
